Baden Village is a Fort Mill Neighborhood located off of AO Jones Blvd behind Nation Ford High School. You will find homes here built by CP Morgan, True Homes, and Ryland Homes. Development of Baden Village is just about complete and there are only a handful of lots left.
Baden Village is part of The Regal Manor HOA along with a number of other nearby neighborhoods including Fallbrook, Balmoral, Stanton Heights, Bexley, Stafford Oaks, and Adler Grove. Regal Manor will eventually be composed of around 900 homes. HOA fees for Regal Manor are currently $600 a year and include use of a community pool, playground, and clubhouse.
