Fort Mill Neighborhoods: Stirling

Stirling is a Neighborhood in Fort Mill off of Doby’s Bridge Rd, just a short distance from the downtown area. Nearby neighborhoods include Ardrey Acres and McKendry.

Most homes in Stirling are 10-15 years old and are between 2,500-3,200 square feet. Homes in the neighborhood have been selling from the high 200s to the low 300s. Lot sizes run between .2 acres and .5 acres.

The architectural style of the homes is very traditional. Most are brick with front-load 2 car garages and a few have basements.

Stirling is a fairly small neighborhood made up mostly of cul-de-sacs. No need to worry about traffic, yet with this great location shopping is just minutes away.

Current HOA fees are $150 annually.

Stirling is part of the Fort Mill School District and residents attend Fort Mill Elementary, Fort Mill Middle, and Nation Ford High School.
