Located in the Doby’s Bridge Rd area of Fort Mill SC, Huntington Farms is a beautiful, established neighborhood with large custom homes and estate-sized lots. Living in Huntington Farms will give you the feeling of living in a quiet, country environment. Large lots, many over 1 acre, provide all the privacy you will ever need.
The traditional style homes in Huntington Farms are between 3-5 bedrooms and 2,500-4,000+ square feet. In many of the homes you’ll find extensive hardwoods, spacious bonus rooms, 2 story great rooms, and ample room for outdoor living. There are only a few lots left in Huntington Farms to build on.
Just next door to Huntington Farms is the newer Trinity Ridge neighborhood which also has large custom homes and over-sized lots. Other neighborhoods that are similar to Huntington Farms are Beckenham and Eppington South.
Residents attend Fort Mill Schools, considered to be among the best in South Carolina. Current zoning has Huntington Farms residents attending Fort Mill Elementary, Fort Mill Middle, and Nation Ford High School.
More information on Fort Mill Schools can be found at the Fort Mill School District Website

Directions to Huntington Farms
From Tom Hall St head south on Doby’s Bridge Rd. Turn left on Holbrook. The entrance to Huntington Farms is approximately 1.5 miles down Holbrook on the left. There is a bend in the road just before the entrance so you can’t see it until you are right up on it. (I almost always drive past and have to turn around!)
