Audobon Lake is a new development in Indian Land off of Barberville Rd just down the street from Barber Rock. It was initially a Shea Homes Community but is now being developed exclusively by Pulte. The Braxton starts at $192,999 and is a 2 story 2,270 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Other options include The Ashley with 2,555 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and The Ambrose with 2,763 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
