Ardrey Acres is an upscale, custom home community located off of Doby’s Bridge Rd in Fort Mill, SC. As you drive down Doby’s Bridge Rd from Tom Hall St, it is the first community on the right. Just past Ardrey Acres are Mckendry and Stirling neighborhoods. This location is a short drive to I-77 and Highway 521, making Ardrey Acres an easy commute to Uptown Charlotte or the Ballantyne area of Charlotte.
Ardrey Acres is a small neighborhood and there is only one lot left to build on. Lots are generally in excess of half an acre. There is a wide range in both size and price of existing homes in Ardrey Acres. Homes range from 3,000+ to 7,000+ square feet and can sell anywhere between $300,000 and $1 million.
