Whitegrove is a sought after neighborhood due to its low HOA fees, well manicured common areas, modestly priced homes, and larger lots than are found in similar communities.

Smaller lots are around .25 acres and many lots are closer to .5 acres in size. Whitegrove contains both a front pond and a back pond, both of which are stocked with fish. The front pond is surrounded by mature trees and is a quiet respite on a summer day. There is a covered picnic area next to the back pond making it the perfect gathering place for a neighborhood get together. Whitegrove is a tight-knit community that fosters neighborly relations with multiple social activities scheduled throughout the year. There are several neighborhood white boards erected throughout the community where upcoming meetings and activities are announced.
