Fall is arguably the best time of year to get outside and run. My husband and I are currently half way through the Couch to 5K running program at Leroy Springs. You can read a little about the program in my earlier Couch to 5K post. So far it’s been a lot of fun and we’ve met new people. Our leaders, Denise and Holly are awesome and really keep us motivated. We are all planning on running in the Springmaid Road Race on Nov. 5. Signing up for a race is a great way to stay motivated, form friendships, and help raise mony for worthy causes.
